2500 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing your use of the 2500 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing this platform, you agree to be bound by the terms stated below.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By registering an account or using any part of the 2500 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published on this platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
To use the 2500 platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum age required by Malaysian law for online entertainment activities, whichever is higher.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not be located in a jurisdiction that prohibits the use of services of this nature.
- Register using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information.
2500 reserves the right to reject any registration application or terminate existing accounts where there is doubt about a user's eligibility.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 2500 platform. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
Regarding account security, users are required to:
- Keep your password confidential and do not share your login details with any third party.
- Notify the 2500 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Use a strong, hard-to-guess password and change it regularly.
- Keep personal information such as your email address and phone number up to date at all times.
2500 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their account credentials secure. You also agree not to access another user's account without proper authorisation.
Platform Usage Rules and Prohibited Activities
Users of the 2500 platform agree to use this service for lawful and appropriate purposes only. Use of the platform is subject to the following guidelines:
Strictly prohibited activities:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to access or exploit the platform unfairly.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, market manipulation, or attempts to deceive the platform or other users.
- Uploading or distributing harmful, unlawful, misleading, or third-party rights-infringing content.
- Accessing the platform's systems or databases without authorisation.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activities.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances, and appropriate legal action under applicable Malaysian law.
Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the 2500 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods including FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and approved e-wallets. All payment information you provide must be accurate and belong to you.
Transaction-related terms:
- Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account registered under the same name as your 2500 account. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be processed.
- Users must complete the identity verification process (KYC) before their first withdrawal is processed. Required documents include a copy of your identification card and proof of address.
- The platform reserves the right to hold or delay the processing of withdrawals for security review, anti-money laundering, or regulatory compliance purposes.
- Any transactions suspected of involving fraud or illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Liability Limits & Disclaimers
The 2500 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding its reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Users access this platform at their own risk.
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 2500 and its related parties shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
- Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control.
- Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
2500's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
2500 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions or any other platform policy.
- Confirmation that the user does not meet the age or jurisdictional eligibility requirements.
- Activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or system abuse.
- Suspension or closure requested by the user themselves.
Where an account is closed due to a breach, 2500 reserves the right to withhold any balance linked to suspected violating activity while an investigation is underway. Users whose accounts are closed for personal reasons may contact customer support for information on how to withdraw their remaining balance.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the 2500 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software — is the property of 2500 or our licensors and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. 2500 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing such links is entirely at the user's own risk.
2500 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved through courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
